Q: Almost every day I get horrible bloating to the point where I’m in enough pain that I can’t function in everyday life. I’ve considered different foods that may be causing it and tried isolating it but it seems I get bloated no matter what I eat or don’t eat. I’m only 19 years old and I haven’t run in to anyone else my age with this type of problem. I also have chronic heartburn and acid reflux that I ocassionally take medication for. I eat a good diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lowfat dairy and beans/legumes with very few processed foods. I exercise every day. I began taking gasX about a year ago for the problem and at first it worked wonders but I think I may have used it too much because it barely works anymore. I’m wondering what could be the possible causes of my gas/bloating and ways I could go about fixing it. It’s really affecting my every day life a great deal.thanks 🙂

You will feel much better if you get the right treatment! There are a lot of medications out there that can help.

My aunt feels suffocated and totally helpless when the Gas gets accumulated in her abdomen. She is recently detected with a Kidney Stone but doctors are saying that Kidney stones do not cause Gas trouble. I here by ask you, are these two matters linked?I also would like to mention that her uterus had been removed as it developed a fibroid which caused unstoppable blood loss. Please advice.
