A: yeah it varies on people.i grew like 3 inches in 3 months and it hurt at first but then it stopped.i can feel it sometimes to and its been about 6 months since i grew,so i guess im still growing.so for me its months.scale bout 7 for me cause it hurt all over my body when i grew.muscles depend on if you work out or not,if you work out well for me my arms started hurting and that was the sign well i think that they were growing,that hurt for me alot cause i had just started and i was benching.this one id say bout 9 cause it leaves you sore and barely able to move where the muscles growing.hope this helps:]
