It seems like you have some medical background; most people don’t even know where your lymph nodes are. If you are still tender tomorrow or develop any kind of fever [higher that 100 F] then go soo a doctor immediatly, he will prescribe an antibiotic such as penicillin. Tell him you were scratched by a cat and believe it had bacteria under it’s claws.

A: Have no idea–no one I know has ever looked for convulsions with cat scratch fever. However just because the antibody test is positive for cat scratch does not mean the disease is active–could represent immunity from a long ago exposure. Would need more specifics.
