You could also break/green fracture a bone in there and get that kind of pain.You may need to put some kind of heat or cold on that. Don’t forget some kind of general pain killer (aspirin type stuff).If the pain is not declining after 3 days then you probably need to go to your doctor. Infact, call your Dr’s nurse and ask them/him/her.
What do i do with a pulled/strained hand muscle?
