LightFest
Electricity is such a part of our celebrations during the holidays and there are several events centered on the enjoyment of holiday lights on land and on water. To start the holiday season, you may want to attend the l.1 mile Space Coast Lightfest held November 23rd until December 31, 2011 at Wickham Park located at 2500 Parkway Drive, Melbourne, FL. 321-255-4307.

The event is a winter wonderland ride in your vehicle through holiday-themed lights and sparkling animated displays. About 15,000 vehicles tour the park each year. Donations are accepted and for 2011 Space Coast Lightfest is partnered with the Habitat for Humanity of Brevard County. Since you will be in your car the whole way, bring the dog to enjoy the festivity of lights too!
