I like oatmeal and I also like raisins. When I came across a box of Country Choice Organic Oatmeal Raisin Bars in the snack section of my local health food store, I was intrigued. These were on sale and they looked pretty good. I decided to purchase them, try them out and write a product review all about my personal experience with them. Here is what I discovered!
I bought one box of Country Choice Organic Oatmeal Raisin Bars for around three dollars. That was a sale price. I suspect these are around four dollars, normally. Each box has five individually wrapped bars in it. This product is described on the box as “Oatmeal on the run.” Very cute. I discovered that these bars have a lot going for them. They are organic, which is great. They are a good source of calcium and fiber. Marvelous. They also have whole grain and omega 3. I like to get some oatmeal into my diet and this is a great way. I could not wait to taste these!
When I tried this bar, I liked it. It is tasty, sweet and has lots of organic raisins in it. It is filling and delicious. With ingredients like organic whole grain rolled oats, organic brown rice, organic cane syrup, organic vanilla extract, sea salt, organic cinnamon, organic sunflower oil and more, I am not surprised that these bars taste so good. They put the good in organic. These make an easy snack to take with me on the go. I have a relative that loves these. I agree.
One Country Choice Organic Oatmeal Raisin Bar has 230 calories in it. 30 of those calories come from fat. One bar has 3 grams of total fat, just 0.5 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of polyunsaturated fat, 1.5 grams of monounsaturated fat, 0 mg’s of cholesterol, yay, 180 mg’s of sodium, 42 grams of total carbs, 4 grams of dietary fiber, 1 gram of soluble fiber, 18 grams of sugars and 5 grams of protein. This snack does contain soy ingredients.
I enjoyed trying Country Choice Organic Oatmeal Raisin Bars and writing a product review about them. While they are not the best oatmeal raisin bars that I have ever tried, they are quite good. I rate them four stars out of five stars. I will be buying them again. Especially if they are on sale. These make a fun snack for oatmeal and raisin lovers. I am not very familiar with the Country Choice brand, but I will probably try other products of theirs in the future. This one is a winner!
