Joint pain, muscle stiffness and neck and shoulder pains always seem to creep up on me mid afternoon after sitting at my desk for long periods of time working. A natural homeopathic medicine I like to use to help ease those types of discomforts away is the Natural Medicine by King Bio for Back, Neck, Muscles and Joint Relief. I like this natural medicine because it is a spray and you can spray it onto the body part that is giving you pain without the mess of hot and cold gels, or you can take it orally a few times a day.
Natural Medicine by King Bio comes in a small 2 fluid ounce bottle, which is no a lot for the expensive price I had to pay for it. However, it was worth the money because it does effectively relieve my neck and shoulder stiffness within 25 minutes of using it when I am in pain and still need to get through a couple more hours of work. The spray contains natural herbs and minerals in it that help relieve pain, aches and stiffness in the body naturally such as arnica, phosphorous, horse chestnut and zinc. The spray does have a slight herb odor to it which doesn’t bother me, but the taste of the spray when you take it orally is disgusting so I now stick to strictly spraying this medicine onto my aches and pains only. The spray is not greasy or oily and you do not have to massage or rub it into the infected area. All you do is simply spray it onto the area that is in pain and allow it to absorb into the skin and body, which takes about 2 minutes. However, I do recommend you go into the bathroom, remove clothing too properly, and carefully spray the area that needs relieving. Trying to spray the area that needs relieving with clothing on makes a mess. It gets your shirt or pants damp a bit.
Now another way I have been using the Natural Medicine by King Bio to prevent stiffness in my neck and shoulders is by spraying it onto those areas after a hot shower in the morning. I find the spray works better using it this way. Sometimes after a bath before bedtime, I spray the spray all over my back area so I do not wake up with an achy back in the morning and so far, it has worked very well.
In general, I am very pleased with this homeopathic medicine and will most likely get some more in the near future to help relieve my body aches and pains naturally. It is a medicine I would recommend to adults to use to help relieve joint pains and muscles stiffness, but only as a body spray because taking this medicine orally is horrible.
