- def. and some people can lose that weight in two weeks. Not that i am telling you to. 1-2 pounds per week is great so if you can lose like 3 pounds for 3 weeks and then 2 pounds for two weeks you should be good.

- A: EXACTLY! I hate how they frikin lecture us. It’s our choice.Anyways, You won’t lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks. It’s expecially hard for skinny people to lose wieght because their body fights it. But keep eating healthy, at leaste you wont gain any weight. And as for exersizing, like, jog in place, do jumping jacks, get a jumprope and use that, crunches, squats. Just really anything active. When you’re exersizing, just don’t stop moving. Keep your heart rate up. Also, exercise for around a half hour (30 mins) a day. You’ll lose some weight, but defiently not 15. You’ll also firm up. Then I think (by the sounds of it) you’ll have an absolutely perfect body. Like a model body.By the way, try not to eat too many nuts; They have alot of carbs.
