Over the years, I’ve owned and driven cool cars (Mustang), weird cars (AMC Pacer), convertibles (Jeep Wrangler), kit cars (a 917 replica), and slow cars (1984 Chevy Chevette). But no cars, trucks fit the bill, did the work and offered all of the fun as my Ford E250 cargo van does that’s why I consider it the best vehicle I’ve ever owned.

When the price of gasoline skyrocketed to nearly $4 a gallon, it took the price of home heating oil and gas with it. So I installed a wood stove in my home to help saving on heating costs. Nearly every other day I’m able to pick up wood with the Ford E250 cargo van. I take it home, cut it up and use it in the wood stove. So far, I’ve lowered by home heating bills more than enough to pay for about half of the van payment.
