A: It is all just made up there is no specific formula. It depends also on environment and heredity when you started to smoke what type how much nic etc….. Its just an aproxamation I’ve heard anywhere from 7 seconds to 3 minutes per cig. Enjoy!!

Q: Shift work takes a toll on your body and mind, we all know that. But does it diminish the life expentancy of someone who works it? I know it causes health problems, cause my dad has worked a 3-shift rotation for almost 30 years. I mean things people do everyday, like smoking 1 cigarette takes 10 mins. So something that takes 2 mins to do takes 10 mins – how much time does an 8 hour shift work take from you? Hopefully that makes sense.
