A: Hehe there is no way you are going to significantly get taller. True your body doesn’t fully stop growing until about 18 but anything after about 16 is pretty much unoticable. Losing fat fast and quick. Probably the number one dream of most Americans. You can’t. Exercise…get a good weight training program…and eat sensible balanced meals and treats in moderation. Also college isn’t high school. I don’t think you will be getting mocked by “seniors”. Concentrate on changing your lifestyle to get a better body. Do cardio exercise 5 days a week, weight train 3 or 4 days a week. Eat healthy. Simple as that. The weight will come off, some nice looking muscles will show through, and you will be an all round healthier, happier person.
