A: wow, your going pretty intense huh? make sure your not overtraining. if your overtraining your more likely to get sick because your immune system doesn’t have time to get stronger. taking the time off the gym might actually help you if youve been going nonstop. let your body heal and then when you go back to the gym you’ll be able to tear it down again. just be sure your eating healthy because your whole plan could come crashing down if you arent eating enough. protein after your workouts is a must.

Q: I work out a lot. When I say a lot i mean at lease 2 hours in the morning and an additional hour in the afternoon after lunch. Is it possible to use diet pills correctly, and have them work?
Q: Tomorrow is ‘le grand kick off’ to my diet. I have a gym membership (which i fully intend to use)and this new dance video workout thing, which honestly, i haven’t really even torn off the plastic to open it yet. A: try taking 1 bronkaid (asthma medicine w/ 25mg ephedrine), 1 200mg caffeine pill and 81 or 325mg aspirin together 2-3 times a day. it’s called an eca stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin). i got all 3 at cvs. it works really well when you cycle them 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off (taking benadryl on the off weeks can “reset” the receptors more quickly). and i also cycle clenbuterol. diet pills in stores are useless.
