I have the same problem. But some people told me to do like white tall boots, and a short dress, or like do a mini skirt and put like hot pink or lime green legwarmers underneath. Then where like some really tall boots with it or something….

Try going for a more rockers style. they wore shiny skinny tights, long black shirts and black high heels, with the sorta poofy hair. xD

A: 80’s is the easiest decade, just wear highwaisted skinny pants. mostly bright colors and maybe you can use hairspray and make your hair really big

A: You can take an old t-shirt and blue jeans and buy a package of coloured die, gather the material from them in little bunches and put elastics around them and dip the tied off portions into the die.We use to do that in the 70’s it was called tie died, it’s back in style again to so you can still wear them afterwords.
