Q: my parents won’t let me get it but i don’t really blame them….they’re both 55.i know that tongue piercings have a bit of a social stigma about them and they have bad connotations (sluts, pornstars, etc) but i really think a tongue piercing is perfect for me because it’s not on my face, it heals fast, and it’s not very likely to get infected thanks to the enzymes in human mouths….and i’m not a slut or anything, i just like the piercing. if i wore a bunch of skanky clothes i wouldn’t blame people for thinkin i’m a ho but i really want this piercing and i’m ready to challenge the tongue piercing stereotype.tell me what you think about tongue piercings/people with tongue piercings.thanks :)child is just what lots of my friends call me. think of jimi hendrix and that song voodoo child (chile)

A: I am assuming you are in your teens, so I will go on that assumption. Yes, tongue piercing have a stigma but don’t let such stigmas dictate your life. You can always get the piercing and see how you feel about it. If you like it leave it in, if you don’t take it out. All you really have to loose is about $40 bucks. Plus, your young, if your gonna do it now is the time!

My girlfriend wants a tongue piercing but I don’t want her to get one. What to do?

Q: I’m 23, and she is 18. I’m graduating from university in 1 month, and have already had 3 very good office jobs. I’m on my way to really entering the real world and am dedicated to advancing, in life and in work. She is obviously not worried about the same things i am. Afterall she is 18 and still in high school[she should have graduated by now, but still needs her gr 12]. Anyway, we’ve gone out for 6 months now and everything is great. However she really wants a tongue piercing and I dont want her to have one. We’ve talked about it and I’ve told her that she should be able to get one, and I have no say in it because its her decision. However, i also think i might honestly dump her if she got one. I’m just so opposed to them and the negative connotations and stereotypes they bring from others in the world who frown upon it[the very people i try hard to impress to advance in this world]. So me saying i might dump her is like saying she cant have one. Is that fair? What do i do?

A: Tongue piercings are for one purpose only……giving better BJs. If you have made it clear that you don’t WANT that type of added sensation, then she’s clearly getting it to use on someone ELSE. If I were you, I’d leave her NOW, before you catch her cheating.
