One Saturday morning three people butt-in in a gathering that appeared to be a bible study. There are lots of people and almost all of the seats where filled. There are also cameras covering the program. These three people don’t know each other and they are not even friends. Probably, these people are there for a great purpose.
The first one is a Biochemist, Martin Brooks. He came in because he just want to ask somebody to lend him a phone to call a friend to pick him up because his car won’t start and it stopped right at the entrance along the road of the meeting hall. His phone batteries are also dead, so going in the hall is his best option because somebody there can give him what he wants. The other one was Antonio Bustamante’ a neurosurgeon. He was also there because he was going to meet a client who is the owner of the next building. He went very early and the place was still close so he decided to attend while waiting for the client. And the last one was, Roy Miller, an archeologist who just happened to roam around the place and when he was tired he went inside the hall for a comfortable seat. The three sat together on an eight-foot long bench located at the bottom part of the hall near the main door.
The three gentlemen just sat down and enjoyed the message delivered a hoarse-voiced and monotone speaker. But later in the middle of the discussion as the speaker asked the attendees, “Any questions or ideas you can contribute?” everybody is just quiet, but suddenly a six-year old boy shouted, “Me sir, I think that the creation story is not true. I can prove it.” He said it with heads up and looked at everyone in the room with confidence. And then, when he looked at the three men at the back, his eyes were nailed on them without blinking.
No longer able to endure the stares of the tiger looking eyes of the child, Martin brooks asked, “How old are you boy”. “I’m six years old” the boy replied. “You are very young and you should not say that, ok. You have lot of things to learn” Antonio also said. “But, But I know what I’m saying” the boy insisted. I’m much better even the three of you combined.” Shocked by the boy’s reply, these three men can’t control ego and together in unison they said to the boy, “Who are your parents, did they not taught you manners?” “My mom and dad past few days ago and now I am all alone now but they left me with tons of money”, the boy replied. “My mom and my other teachers taught me when I was at her womb, I know what I’m doing Sir. I actually finished my secondary education lecture just before I was delivered through C-section. In this place I believe everybody has the freedom of speech”, the boy added.
The three gentlemen shook their heads and they never expected a reply like that coming from a little two-foot person. Roy Miller said to the boy,” You don’t know what your saying kid, you’re too young.”But the boy replied with confidence, “I know, but maybe I will believe you guys if you’ll defeat me in a debate.” “What?” The three replied in a loud voice.
And after that when they try to look around. All the people are now encircling them. All eyes are looking at them and they feel the stare makes their skins stripped off from their bodies. And as they continue to look around they noticed that the audiences were no ordinary people. Some heads of the state, heads of science, businessmen and other wealthy people are all there. During that time they only noticed that they are seen live on global television.
A man in black suit with eight body guards then came and instructed them. “Gentlemen, please come follow me please “the man instructed. So they did what was asked and they went in an enclosed room. “You are not supposed to be here but we will forgive you, if you will accept the challenge of the boy. We will also be paying you for your participation in this research in the name of our majesty the king”. “Who is that boy is he a member of the royal family?” they asked. “You’re right and he is the only son of the princess Lily who just died recently by an accident together with the prince Nathan due to plane crash. They want their son to be the best among all other children so as early as twelve weeks together with the scientists in our country we educated the child. At first, we taught him behavioral responses then later we gradually translate these responses into information. The child also is free from any form negative trait because he is also a product of in-vitro fertilization.” The man explained. “It is also good to have you by accident for us to study child’s logical skills through this unexpected debate. We have already had background checks regarding your identity, and the three of you have passed and the three of you are the suitable persons for our subject”, the man added.
And so, they agreed to do the debate. So they came out and accepted the challenge of the child and the agreed topic was about creation in the Bible. The other side must prove that it’s true and the other side will prove that it never happened. The problem is all of them, the child, and the three gentlemen do not believe in the Bible. So what they did they toss a coin and luckily the three picked the negative side. They will prove that the creation story in the bible never happened and the three are very happy. Then after that, the date of the debate was set, published in papers and was announced in television and even in the internet.
During the debate even the boy did not believe on the creation story, he presented it very well using only the book of Genesis in the bible as the basis while the three presented the theory of evolution of Charles Darwin to counter the young boy’s presentation. The debate was tuff and even person in the crowd would even watch the lips of each speaker as they release every single word.
During the last speech of the child he said these words, “The truth will always be the truth and when challenged, the more it will shine and brighten our darkened minds. I myself don’t believe at first in God, the bible and story of how the world was created but now I do and I am so confident. I used the word so, because it has no limits, meaning, now I have the confidence that nobody can destroy.”
After the introduction the child added, “The three gentlemen presented that the species evolved because if we try to look at the animal vertebrae they have similar characteristics but there is a missing link- a genetic barrier. Through their presentation I learned that those similar characteristics prove that there is only one creator- one artist that designed each creature here on earth. And also, in all there statements they used the words, “It is believed that” which simply shows that they are not confident of what they believe like me.
I know I am a product of an experiment and I am different from other people. Did people created me? No! I am just a product of what was already been created. Scientists who are with us here, knows already the elements that composes life. Even how hard they try to mix it they will always fail. These elements were mixed by God to form the smallest bacteria, protozoan, and creatures visible to the eye they all have form and even their growth, have patterns. Why? Because, there is God and only God can create life. Thank you.”
After the speech, Roy, the one task to give also the final word of the group said,” while we were doing the rebuttal, we discovered that the creation and God is true and even this is just a debate we are convicted not to say anything against Him. Now, we really believe in Him.”
After that the winner of the debate was announced and it was the boy. During the awarding of the trophy, the boy again was given a privilege to say a short speech and he said these words, “I won but I lost. Thank you God for winning my life back to You!”
