What’s the skinny on balsamic vinegar?
Q:Is it healthy or not. I get stomach upset with it. I heard it puts stress on liver. Any feedback? Its also giving me a sneezing fit.

balsamic vinegar is just nice tasting matured vinegar that you put on you fish and chips. If you are drinking enough to upset your stomach then stop . I would really like to know what you are doing with it that it upsets you. It’s only a condiment to be used in tiny quantities.Well vinegar is very acidic, so that would account for the tummy upset. Try using a little less. Personally, I love it and I use it in things in place of salt. Cider vinegar is delicious! Unless you love it like me, just don’t use it anymore. good on salads
