700 CALORIE PIZZA!! Mmmmm…?
Q: Yeah so i’ve been on a diet for about a month now and not really had many treats ( just the occasional chocolate bar or ice-cream etc at the weekend ) Im 14 and I’ve gone from 125 pounds to 112 pound!!!! Its just that since its valentines on Saturday, my boyfriend wants to get some pizza in and some chocolate or cake or ice’cream or something. Is it ok if I eat the pizza ( 700 CALORIES ) and some sweet things since its only for one day, or will it ruin all my hard work?xx
A: hey!! :)one option is that yeah girl enjoy for one day and have all the fun you can with your bf…..but then get back on track the next day by returning to healthy habbits!! a treat once in a while doesnt harm…..after all you have to live your life to the fullest!!but the second option is search for a healthier pizza…which is tasty and fewer calories…..and order salads with it and all..!!or you can bake a healthy pizza at home!!and about desert eat the healthy way…..with low calories….the best would be to bake a chocolate cake/cookies/brownies/or whatever at home with healthy ingredients and low fat and calorie choices…..!! you wouldnt have to worry much then!! :)anyway hope i helped and i hope you have fun!! :)take care, natalie.
Would this be ok to do?
Q: Alot of people ask questions on here about weight loss. I was wondering if It would be okay to eat only 700 calories a day, but try and fit in every piece of the food pyramid in.. just alot less of it. I need to lose like 15 pounds in one month, but i don’t want to drain myself from nutrients. Also, I don’t want to starve myself. Any suggestions?
A: .There is a Diet & Fitness sub-cateogry over in Health.ANYTHING under 1200 cals/day for females or 1500 cals/day for males, is too low and should only occur under a doctor’s supervision. Eating too little slows the metabolism, malnourishes the body, causes muscle tissue to be broken down for energy, and makes weight gain VERY easy when calories are increased. In other words, it’s one of the more stupid diet aids. Been there/done that.
Weight loss and calories?
Q: ok so i’m about 125 lbs and 5’6″I recently started to try to loose weight. My target areas are my hips/thighs, lower back, and abs.I’ve been doing about 30-45 min. of exercise a day and i’ve been eating low fat and lots of fruit and vegetables. I’ve cut out soda, candy and most sweets entirely. Is this the right way to go?What are some other things i can do?Also on nutrimirrior it said that i should be eating around 1,700 calories a day. on average i only eat about 1,000-1,200 per day.Is this healthy? Will it help me loose weight faster or is it causing the opposite effect?also i’m 14
A: HelloFirst, I understand where you’re coming from. Here’s what I found out after lots of research and trial and error, the hard way.The reality is that there are no shortcuts or easy ways to get in good shape. Sorry, but someone needed to tell you this.As long as you get conscious about what you are doing, you will see the results. Below you will find the four principles that you need to keep in mind in your weight-loss journey.http://theeverloss.blogspot.com/ 1.Forget About DietsPeople that go from diet to diet never reach a stable weight, let alone a good shape. The reason is quite simple: diets are, by their very nature, temporary. You can’t expect to eat properly for two or three weeks and fix your weight problems for the rest of the year.2.Proper NutritionIf you want to keep your weight and fat percentage under control, you will need to learn the basics of nutrition. Once you learn them, you will be able to eat healthy throughout the year.3.Physical ExerciseEating healthy and having a caloric deficit will only take you half the way. The other key factor is physical exercise.4.Discipline and PerseveranceYou can start eating healthy and exercising properly, but unless you stick doing it regularly, the results won’t appear (if they do, they won’t last).Discipline and perseverance are key here.If you want to Lose Weight,I can recommend you to check outhttp://theeverloss.blogspot.com/ .It is a great program that helped me.
