A: I feel for you, I’ve had transvaginal ultrasounds before! Not nice.Ovarian cysts are very common, and usually nothing to worry about. Cancerous cysts are rare, and if there was any concern about this you would have had a biopsy (small sample) taken for examination. Most cysts like this dissapear on their own.
