Q: I do excerise and diet but I wanted to start taking herbalife. I have heard wonderful things about it and have looked on the websites only to see so many products if I’m looking to lose a little extra lbs with, “DIET N EXCERISE” I’m saying like that because so many people out there judge. A: I use the herbalife shake mix to lose weight. I’ve been using it since May. I’m not religious about getting the 2 shakes per day thing, but by replacing meals here and there i’ve lost 10lbs and kept it off. Hope this helps.
