Implantation bleeding or normal period?
Q: When I first became pregnant the doctors asked me when the first day of my last period was. When I told them, I wasnt sure if it was a period or implantation bleeding. This is because at the beginning I spotted for a day, and then the next day I bled normally for about the average length of my period. I wasnt so sure what it was, because I have never spotted before my period before. Could this have been implantation bleeding?
A: implantation bleeding usually occurs around 10 to 14 days after fertilization. Its usually a lot lighter in color and dose not last as long as a normal period. Some women also experience cramping.
Implantation bleeding or normal period? Could I be pregnant either way?
Q: When I went to the doctors to tell them I had a positive pregnancy test, they asked me when the first day of my last period was. When I told them, I wasnt sure if it was a period or implantation bleeding. This is because at the beginning I spotted for a few days, and then the next few days I bled normally for about the average length of my period. I wasnt so sure what it was, because I have never spotted before my period before. Could this have been implantation bleeding?I tested and got a positive pregnancy test. This was 2 weeks AFTER my ‘period’ or implantation(or whatever it was lol) and I got a blood test today to confirm either way, but wont know the results for a few days. And also, i had sex 3 times the week before, so im pretty sure i didnt have a miscarriage, but i could be wrong.
A: I never heard of implantation bleeding, however I did experience some slight bleeding at a time when I expected by period, it didnt arrive so I took a preganacy test two weeks later…well guess what it said…positive. Iam pretty sure you can get those pregnancy test kits at supermarkets and they tell you straight away whether you are pregnant or not.
Is this implantation bleeding??
Q: I hve experienced a few pregnancy symptoms and most recently missed my period. I know implantation bleeding is supposed to happen before you’re period is due, but I think I may have ovulated later than I calculated due to my cycles not being of the average length, they tend to be rather irregular. So, I have been getting these tiny cramps not really like mentrual cramps and in lower spot, nearer to my pelvis. I also had some pinkish blood when I wiped and there was only a tiny bit of it…Is this what implantation bleeding is like? Thanks in advance!
A: There is a possibility that you may be pregnant. Your situation sounds like mine. I was experiencing some pregnancy symptoms and was spotting. I went to the drugstore and got a home pregnancy test and tested positive. I am now 8 weeks pregnant :-)!
