Should i stop taking cephalexin 500Mg CAP?

Q: Well i right now im taking the cephalexin 500Mg CAP., im suppose to take 4 pills day for ten day. At first i din’t have problems with it but at the 7th to 8th day i get this high (light headed) to it like my minds goes somewhere else and i get this chills to but that’s because i really didn’t eat much when i took the pill so mabe that’s why. But i really don’t mind it fells pretty good =}But i don’t’ want to stop taking it because they were attentional for my teeth because i had my wisdom teeth extracted and for sure i have gonorrhea. I had sex with my girlfriend (She is clean) without a condom anal style and i got this burning sensation when i pee ={ but thats gone now =}

A: No you should not stop taking the pills. You should finish the course entirely or you may still get infected AND the bugs may develop resistance to the Cephalexin and you might have to take a stronger antibiotic to get rid of them.
