- A: Well, to answer the first question, it comes from our tax dollars. As to the second part...theoretically they get more money because they have increased need. Maybe I'm heartless, but I believe that if you have to have government assistance to feed yourself, you should STOP HAVING CHILDREN! Sorry. Got a little rant-ish there for a moment...
