A: well i have never been pregnent but i do study human and health development, the say not to eat high salted and sugary foods because it will go straight to the baby as well as you, but what most doctors do sugggest is food with alot of nutrition,irons,protein, calcium and vitamins, good sources for these foods can be: red meat,nuts(unsalted), chicken, milk, apples, low fat yogurt, oranges etc. i hope this has helped you out.
