A: You’re good with all of those, but you’re going a bit overboard on a couple things. Taking a general multivitamin and a prenatal multi is overlapping… it should be one or the other. Also, both of those complexes would have basic B complexes, so you’ll want to make sure you take that separate B complex at a different time of day (morning and afternoon for the two would be your best bet… taking one too close to bed time will likely keep you up longer).Also, you’ll probably want to take the Folic Acid separately from the multi and the B complex, too… it’s in both of them already. It is generally recommended for pregnant women and those trying to get pregnant to have sufficient Folic Acid, but with 3 different sources of it, I would check with your doctor to verify the best daily dose for you… too much of a good thing isn’t necessarily a good thing. ;-)Aside from that, you’re pretty good… but you may want to dial back on the St. John’s Wort a little and probably eliminate it when you are pregnant. You can talk to your doctor about how much would be best for you while trying to get pregnant.Good luck and congratulations!
