II only get a couple of bumps, but for the most part it will stay clear. All I do is, exfoliate my skin really good right before my period, then use a toner, let that dry, then get a benzoyal peroxide cream to put on the affected areas. That clears up what I have got really fast, and it helps keep bumps for appearing. You can use the toner and the cream the whole week of your period. I hope this helps!
