How do women determine their general fertility?

Health related question in topics .We found some answers as below for this question “How do women determine their general fertility?”,you can compare them.

I have read that some women are more fertile than others. Besides actually becoming pregnant, is there some way to determine one’s own general fertility (I am not referring to fertility in specific stages of the cycle)? Is there a test? My husband and I are on “the Pill” (and we will not be ready for a child for a long time). Is it true that women who are more fertile require a higher dosage of oral contraceptives? If I’m more fertile than most, I’d really like to know. Are there methods to reduce fertility (aside from the obvious: hysterectomy or malnutrition)? Thanks for your time and your input.

I think this is genetic, if women in your family usually get pregnant easily, there’s a chance you’re more fertile too. In my family several women gave birth well over 40, so I think I am quite fertile. But I don’t think more fertile women need a higher dose of the pill, at least I’ve never heard of that and it doesn’t sound like a scientific fact.
i would stick with the birthcontrol. You just need to also chart your ovulation
