Do 20 minutes of aerobics a few times a week. You also have to eat healthy whole foods.
2 weeks is much too short a time to expect much!Continue!
Defenitely mix it up . Your calorie intake may be too high still.
Be patient, it takes a lot longer than 2 weeks to see a difference. The average is 3 weeks to notice a difference. Keep going, you’ll see some results before too long.
it takes time for a difference to been seen..it happens slowly but i bet you can do a few more flexibility things
wow you sound like me! my son is 2.5 years old now, and i can officially say it took me longer to lose the weight. i was 110lbs before i got pregnant, after i had him i was 190’lbs. i started doing windsor pilates, and just like you, i felt a difference but saw no results.. so i just stuck with it, and kepted working out.. hopefully you’ll lose it in a shorter time than me, im back down to 115lbs… but you just have to be dedicated, and really watch what you eat.. wish you luck <3 buy one of those joggers baby stollers and take up jogging even a little bit should help.if you can feel a diffence then it is helping.2 weeks really isnt that long.
You can consider going for a walk with the baby in a jogger or a snuggly.
