Trust me, if everyone really HAS gotten it, while 12 is still a normal age to get it, that’s a bit early for ALL of them. Some girls don’t get it until they are 15 or 16. I had just turned 15 when I got it. My mom was 13, my sister was 14. All of us older then 12, so that has got to be normal. ; )So try to relax. Chances are some or many of the girls really have not gotten it yet, and even if you have an odd class that all got theirs that young at the same time, the majority of 12 year olds in the world don’t yet have it.Give it time, it will come. Could be this year, next year, or a few years. Sounds like old advice, but enjoy not having it. I remember waiting and wanting it, we probably all do, but trust me, after the first several years you’d be glad to do without again. ; )
Honey..don’t be scared. Be lucky you don’t have it yet. Some girls don’t get it till they are 18..so you have nothing to worry about. Just be glad you don’t have it yet.”What it feels like?” is individual to each person. Some have no pain at all. Some have mild to severe butthere is medication to assist with any pain. Sometimes someof it is in the head because you are ‘afraid’ of it or don’t like it.Don’t worry…..be glad you don’t have it. When you do finally get it…..you wish you didn’t !Good luck, Sweetie!
I promise it will come. If you are skinny and don’t have much body fat, it sometimes takes longer to come. Unfortunately, I got my period when I was only 10, but be glad. It can get messy!
lucky! i’ve had my period since like the begininnng of time! no jk. mostly it’s just annoying and sometimes you don’t want to go swimming and you might feel cranky because you have cramps. it’s really not as big of a deal as people make it out to be. Enjoy being young while you still can and you have more time to grow taller.
dont worry its different for different girls.. i got mine when i was 12 bout to be 13 well anywayz yea dont worry about it, it will come, sooner or later.. when it does u will be 🙂
Don’t rush it..you will get it eventually…then you will have it every month til you are like 55take advantage of the feedom nowcramps, sore breasts, irritable are some..pms is the worst!
It is not likely that all the other girls in your class have gotten their periods, although it might be true. It is more likely that you are the only one who is honest about it.Please don’t be scared. Every woman you see walking around has gotten it and is still standing. Each month your uterus, which is in your abdomen, prepares a nice soft lining to wait for a fertilized egg. If you don’t have sex, your egg will not get fertilized. Then your body says, “Oh no baby this month” and discards that lining. That is your period. The unused blood that is part of this lining will pass out of your body through your vagina. You may not be aware of this part of your body much. It is between where you urinate and where your bowel movement passes out. At first you may not have much coming out. Your body is growing into womanhood. It will probably be a light brownish red. This may last up to about a week or less. You cannot control what we call “the flow” as it comes out, like you can control your urine. It comes and there is nothing you can do about it. You will want to wear a pad inside your underwear to catch it. Change the pad often and throw it away. I would get some and keep one in your purse. They have a little adhesive strip that attaches to your undies. This way, when your period does come, you will be prepared. Periods have a way of coming at inconvenient times. Some women will have cramps. Some women will not. Some will have a light flow for just a few days. Some will have a heavier flow for about a week. The important thing about your period is that it is a right of passage on your way to becoming a woman. Your period is a thing to celebrate not to fear. We women are very special. Our bodies do the most amazing things. Celebrate your passage from girl to woman. And when you are older, like me, celebrate your passage as you become a wise old woman.
feel lucky. You don’t have to worry about spots on your clothes, cramps, changing pads/tampons, and hormone swings. It will come in time. Be patient and be thankful. I wish I could go back to no period.
don’t feel like a baby. I’m thirteen, and I have friends who are 14 who don’t have it yet. My freind’s cousin didn’t get it till she was 17! Believe me, you’re lucky not to have it yet, it isn’t all it’s made out to be.umm. it feels different for everyone. A lot of people describe it as sticky or yucky “down there” and it is common to have some lower back or stomach cramptingthe basics. you probabaly know the basics about it, but it’s nothing to worry about. Everyone gets it, and all women are sympathetic to it. You’ll be fine. Don’t be scared!luv ‘n’ stuff
its not that great to get your period eventually it will be very painful. it will suck when you want to go places, you will be self conscious about if your pad is sticking out.be happysome girls don’t get their’s until they are 19
Don’t worry about it. If u don’t get your period when you are 18 or younger then worry. Besidfes you could get it soon. I got mine when I was 12.
