Two pills on the same day?
I went to take my Ortho Tri-Cyclen and realized I must have taken two pills by accident yesterday within hours of each other. What should I do now, skip today’s pill, take it at a different time, or take it at my regular time?

I used to double up on my pills all the time. Since you took both, i would just skip a day and get back on schedule. Maybe use a back up method of birth control if you are having sex. Call and ask your Gyn. He/she can best tell you what to do here.Also check your instructions. Do they say anything about this issue?
