after i had my baby my monthly cycles have been messed up i have had it more than not and i can not take birth control because of migrain headaches the dr has put me on provera but it is not working even with a double does what should i do

Ever since Ive had kids my cycles have been messed up also.i can’t take birth control either because I’m allergic to it. As for how to get it back on cycle, try light exercises.other than that I’m not sure, after about 2 yrs it seems to straighten itself out..but as you get older it changes anyway. Unfortunately, your doctor will be the only one to help you with this one. Depending on what your “messed up cycle” is, it may not be of much concern. Lots of women have irregular cycles, and can still get pregnant again, or whatever. Keep going back to the doc. so you two can work it out. i neva had a baby yet but me n my fiancee r tryin cuz im 18 yrs old n we want a family but we havent had the time to concieve yet but nyways about ur problem u should diffently go to a doctor for dat n have check up dont take birth control u can always take the shot im doin dat cuz my father but he dont know dat me n my fiancee r still breaking the rules about usin a condom lol cuz we want a family n were ready for it.nyways go to a doctor itll help u ask for a shot n see if dat’ll help i give u my best wishes on u n the baby as well oo n congradulations on being pregnant
