difficulty in removing tampon …. HELP?
i’m using a tampon for the very first time … i had managed to insert it in … but im having difficult removing it ….. im really scared because its painful when removing …can any one tell me how should i remove it??

just pull on the string right?isnt there instructions on the box?Chances are it’s painful because it’s still fairly dry and tough. The more it absorbs, the softer it becomes. If you have the time, take a bath and sit in the tub with your legs spread and you pelvis tipped slightly up to get some water inside your vagina. Otherwise if you have an empty shampoo bottle or squirt bottle, you sit on the toilet and squeeze that to get some more moisture up there. If neither of those work, you’re going to just have to bear it and pull it out. Good luck.
