bikini body help………..?

im going on holiday in a week and a half and i would like to have a nice flat stomach and toned bum and legs! i wudnt say im fat but just a lil untoned! do u know any good exercises that tone up legs/bum/stomach?!?!? i know its short notice oops!!!!!

I am not a big fan of running…but with that said…when I run I tone up….doing crunches after cardio work outs help with your stomach…running itself will tone your legs and “bum”…Make sure that before you do this you are healthy enough for exercise. Be sure in the next week to work up to a good work out. Don’t push yourself too much on the first few days if you aren’t used to it. If I have an event and want to look nice I do the above twice a day…once in the a.m and once in the p.m. I also make sure to lay off the junk food and soda and drink water.Eat fruits and veggies and things high in protein. Good luck and have fun on “holiday”……and for the wise *** who said she doesn’t know English….it means vacation…. Who learned you English, moron?
theres this dvd called pilates crunch that targets all of those 3 areas in a 20 min workout video. i tried it and lost 1 inch off my stomach and 3 pounds. plus it firmed my calves
