is it bad for a 13 year old to be 175 pounds and be 5’7? I’m mature for my age n my body parts have really come in n I wanna know if it’s bad for me to be that much and any idea how I could lose a few pounds then.

Sorry,to say this but i think its a lot to weigh for your age.What I would do is exercise everyday for 3 hours.and in about 3 months you’ll way about 120!!Good Luck!1 It is a little excessive. To find out your perfect weight for your height and body type, try going to webmd.com and look for the BMI calculator, and it will give you a more accurate look at what you should way. The nice thing about it is, you are young enough, and can change your weight fairly easily just by eating right and drinking plenty of water. I lost 30lbs just by cutting out sodas and drinking water instead, and also I stopped snacking on junk food. well if you’re 5’7” you shouldnt really worry. if youre that tall, i’m sure your weight is distributed evenly through your body. if u really wanna lose a few pounds eat healthier and exercise. ♥
you may want to up your atctivity levels. most 13 yr olds shouldn’t diet, but you can at this point start making more reponsible descisions about what you eat, because you are a little bit overweight. You shoul dtalk with your parents and your doctor about the right way to get healthier. It’s not bad. You are only 13years old. YOu still have a lot of growing and maturing to do. If you want to lose a few pounds become more physically active. But there is no reason that a 13 yr old should go on a diet or take pills.
you are in the icky puberty stage of your life, your weight me fluctuate in crazy ways. i wouldnt say you are too bad because you are 5’7. just do some more pysical activities, mainly strength training. as you get older you will even out as long as you stay active. I went through the same thing when i was 13. I was very well developed so i know where you are coming from. and remember love yourself for who you are and dont listen to the critics. uh ya i think
