Although this could be a symptom of a medical condition, it could also just be a new PMS symptom. My nipples don't hurt with every period, but when they do oh boy do they hurt. Please make sure to see your doctor to rule anything serious out. Although you may be a little freaked out asking, you'll feel so much better when you really know what's going on. Same thing happends to my girlfriend. It just means your about to start. No worries.

If you are young you shouldn't be having sex anyways but your nipples hurting is normal for right before your period
