The Best Truck I Have Ever Owned

Unfortunately, in early 2006, I had lost my 2000 Ford F-350. I went out to buy another truck and, since I already owned a 1992 GMC Sierra 2500, I decided I would try something new. I had seen a lot of great reviews for the Dodge Ram and loved the way it looked, so I went to a Dodge (now Ram) dealership and they fixed me up with a Ram 3500 Laramie edition.
As the owner of an independent moving company, my work can sometimes take me, my truck and my crew up to 150 miles in one single day with a 40′ trailer in tow. My F-350 did an OK job pulling the trailer from coast-to-coast on a semi-monthly basis, but the Ram outperforms any other truck I have ever owned and only slows down a little bit when going up a big hill. The powerful 5.9L Cummins turbo-diesel engine has never yet struggled with a load, yet the truck’s fuel economy is exceptional.
The Ram doesn’t need very much service besides the necessary normal maintenance (oil, brakes, lube, etc), but when some occasional problems occur (unavoidable given how I use it), it gets fixed right away and everyone at my dealership is friendly as well as knowledgeable.
The looks of the Ram speak tough, cool and stylish. The interior of the Laramie edition seems as nice as a luxury car, but meant for a truck, and it makes our long journey comfortable and relaxing. The wood trim on the interior makes you feel at home, and the comfortable seating makes you think your in your favorite leather chair. The interior space of the truck is huge, and you can fit five people extremely comfortable, and no one is arguing over space.
All in all, there is no other truck that can compete with the integrity and durability of my 2006 Dodge Ram.
