Protection from up above
We’ve all heard the expression that life is not fair
It throws us curve balls
that send us into a state of oblivion
and depression
Feeling like we are trapped
and feel there is no way out
Is this what life is about?
One may ponder these sorts of things
but it’s important to remember this one very important
thing.
Our hearts were made with the capacity to hold as much love as
we can muster
Our lips were given to us to force or naturally to produce a smile
Our feet given to us so we can walk a mile in others shoes
A chance to feel what others feel
and come together as one
Playing on the same
team no matter how hard it may seem
We were given eyes so we can experience the hustle
and bustle of the world around us
and in times of disparity and trouble
and struggle look up
to the sky and remember
that there is love from up above
Looking down to send us
protection from the scars of the evil nature
of this world.
The angels dance above
our heads creating, peace love and
unity in a world that is desperate search
of the truth
