However, when it comes renting a house or even a condo most people will find that they will have almost double and in some cases triple the closet space than an apartment. Some houses will even have garages which would leave the average packrat feeling fulfilled on many levels.

Yet, in some cities or states renting a house can be cheaper than living in an apartment and of course there is the lease that would have to be signed for at least a year.
