Hit the Jackpot at the Dollar Tree!

Shopping at Dollar Tree, the store where everything costs a buck or less, is a smorgasbord of cheap thrills. Some folks might dream of winning the lottery and plunking down huge wads of cash for big ticket items like sports cars, yachts, or mansions with ornate golden gates. Not me. I don’t need expensive stuff to set my heart racing with excitement. Just give me a handful of wadded up dollar bills and the coins I fished out of the couch cushions. Point me in the direction of the nearest Dollar Tree, and I’m good to go!

It’s not a question of “What can you get for one measly dollar?”, but rather, “What can’t you get for a bountiful buck?!” Are you a parent struggling to make ends meet and worrying that Santa might not make it this year? Never fear; Santa’s here! Dollar Tree has a wide assortment of goodies and toys for angelic little girls and boys! Stuffed animals and bouncing balls, play dough and paper dolls, crayons and coloring books, puzzles, games, and magic tricks, miniature cars and action figure fighters – you’ll find lots of loot to stuff in those stockings! No stocking is complete without some candy, and there’s a whole aisle filled with candy of every kind. In fact, you might even find the stockings themselves. Your furry, four-legged children won’t be left out, either. There’s kitty-cat and puppy-dog treats and toys to make them yap with joy! Dollar Tree carries seasonal items and holiday themed decorations for tree trimming and festive homemaking.

If you’re moving into your first apartment, you can start by stocking your kitchen with the utensils, glasses, ceramic plates, and hand towels that are waiting to be picked by you. There are canned goods, boxes of pasta, and cartons of juice with which to fill your pantry. Don’t forget the dishwashing detergent and cleaning supplies. You’ll find them at the back of the store. You might want to pick up a broom and dustpan while you’re back there.

Attention students! You need school supplies, remember? There’s paper, pens, pencils, and erasers. Grab a bunch of stickers with which to embellish that notebook you placed in your cart, and even though it’s getting full you still need to pick up some personal care items: shampoo, hand lotion, lip gloss, hair clips, and oh yeah, aspirin and vitamins.

Does your mother keep saying that you never write to her? Shame on you! For 50 cents you can buy her a card with lovely sentiments, and for (you guessed it – a dollar!) you can buy an entire box of greeting cards so you can keep in touch with Mom and everybody.

Oh, there is so much more to be discovered at Dollar Tree that it would take all day to describe the fortune to be found there! It’s a veritable cornucopia of abundance! You don’t have to wait until you win the lottery before striking it rich. When you haul away your treasure trove of odds and ends that you purchased for a dollar a piece, you’re gonna feel like a million bucks!
