Learning sticks when it is fun. What better way to make learning stick than to turn it into a fun game. The following directions will help you make a memory game for children to match letters with the harvest word.

Supplies:
* Construction Paper
* Markers
* Scissors

Preparations:
* Create game pieces by cutting squares or rectangles from the construction paper.
* Draw harvest items on the squares and write the name on under the pictures. (You can also use clip art images.)
* Write first letters of the items on other squares.

Procedures:
* Place the game pieces pictures and letters down on the table or the floor.
* The children will take turns flipping over pieces with the goal to match pictures and the letters they start with.
