Apple’s new voice controlled search engine named Siri apparently is more than a piece of software, it has some characteristics of a person, artificial characteristics but characteristics. Among this Characteristics we find that Siri has political options. What do I mean? Let’s say you ask Siri “Siri where can I buy video games” Siri will answer “there are three Game Stop’s near you”. Normal right, but let’s say you ask “Siri where can I find hookers?”, Siri will answer “There are seven escort services near you.” And let’s say you as Siri “Siri where can I find weed?”, Siri will answer (if you are in California) “There are three cannabis clinics near you”.
So far we are getting the image that Siri is has a Liberal political stance right? Well no Siri is no 100% liberal. Because if you ask Siri “Siri where can I buy morning after pills” Siri will answer one of the following answers depending where you bought Siri “Sorry I couldn’t understand you”, “Why would you need that?” or, “There is no place where you can acquire this”. Interesting, and even more interesting that if you make that same search with lets say Google, Google will find where you can buy morning after pills near you. An Siri will answer similarly if you ask her where you can get an abortion or even tell you directions to the nearest pro life organization.
So Siri is a bit more center left wouldn’t you say, she has some liberal ideas, but she is pro life. Well no, Siri doesn’t do any weird things when you ask her let’s say where to buy a gun or where to shoot one, she just tells you where you can buy a gun or shoot one.
So far we have concluded that Siri is in favor of legalizing prostitution and marijuana, that she is pro life, and that she doesn’t care much for gun control. What other political stances thous Siri have you ask? Well I am glad you asked.
If one asks Siri where one could buy any drug, other than alcohol, tobacco, or marijuana, she will not tell you where to buy it but rather tell you where the nearest rehab clinic is.
So this leaves Siri probably not in center left but rather center right, that mean she would probably vote for Mitt Romney.
