With a successful major league debut under his belt in 2011, Perez is poised to break out as one of the top hitting catchers in the majors during the 2012 season. Possessing an excellent eye at the plate to go along with a little pop in his bat, Perez could easily tally a batting average around .290 plus while also adding in around 10 home runs.
