Q: When your period all ready started, I mean. I wasn't paying attention to when it was due and ended up drinking a LOT of caffeine, eating sugar, getting no exercise, etc this week. A: I have found walking or jogging has helped me tremendously. Yes it does make my period heavier for the time I'm walking or jogging but I get such a release from pain that I don't care.Hope this helps.
