- Q: Okay so here It is. So July 30 was my last menstrual period before sexual activity happened which was August 13 [ovulating!]. Well he didn't cum inside me but I got It on my fingers & In my mouth [plus he got It on his fingers evidently] I touched myself totally forgetting that I had It on myself. I seem to remember bleeding around my normal days In August but I can't remember If It was light or not because I wear tampons & I never pay attention to my blood flow, Although I'm pretty sure It wasn't as long. September, Same thing. Shorter, But I wear tampons so yeah. In October though, Which was when I began to suspect that I'm pregnant I got It like 7 days or more late. When It came It was kinda heavy but then the next day ended? Then came back but kept going on & off. & didn't even last that long. Same thing In December & right now January. Okay well during the first months when I didn't even realize anything I was having all the symptoms: Fatigue, nauseousness, always hungry, cravings, weight gain, heartburn, sore breasts, & all the others. But didn't pay attention till October when I was late. So I started out 120 pounds or a little less or like one pound more? & I've gained more then 16 pounds! So right now I'm like 136-7-8. Around those numbers. I know most people will probably tell me that I'm not pregnant but there's more. So ever since like 15 weeks I've been feeling what I would say is movement. First It was like popcorn popping, bubbles, flutters. & at around 17 weeks It was like a muscle spasm. & once It was like someone flicking me from the inside, three flicks totally noticeable flicks! I believe I also felt a few small kicks. I'm now 22 weeks 2 days I feel flutters almost everyday & I have the big ol' belly. So I took two cheap pregnancy tests like 2 months ago & both came out negative. But they were cheap so I figure that's why. & I know that tests can give you false negatives. So I went to the doctor & they did me the same thing a urine test but It also came out negative [about 2 months ago too]. Though I haven't lost hope. I know people can bleed throughout their entire pregnancies, I've read quite a few stories but would love to hear more. Please don't give me answers like go to the doctor, I'm not stupid I know sooner or later I'm going to have to because I know at this point I should be hearing the heart & getting ultrasounds but the things is I'm young [teenager] & I don't wanna mention this to my parents until I'm like absolutely sure that I am. Meaning just wait like 1-2 more weeks when I can feel even MORE movement since I'm already feeling It now :) I know I was irresponsible to have sex. & I know It probably sounds crazy that I want a baby being a teenager but I've gotten so excited with the thought. At first I didn't really care If I was or not. Because my parents are understanding people & they wouldn't be that mad & I'm not a childish person I'm very mature & I can handle anything, If I had any doubt about that then why the h*ll would I have unprotected sex? I mean seriously. So please no judgement, No rude answers, I don't like negativity so please just tell me your experiences or those of a person that had something similar happen to them. Please & thank you for all your answers :]I know I asked for opinions but what I really had In mind were experiences with the opinions of people with experience. & to the person that said I need to start getting prenatal care, Although I haven't gone to the doctor I have been taking prenatal vitamins & I've been taking care of myself. Laying off junk food, caffeine things, & everything bad for pregnant people. But I guess thanks for your opinions anyway I guess I myself was asking for It. Oh well. I'm still convinced that I'm pregnant :) & when I went to the doctor I didn't mention that I thought I was pregnant because my mother was In the room. I just told her my symptoms & she did the urine test, Not a blood test to check the hCg.Here is the site where I found quite a few people saying they or someone they know bleed throughout the entire pregnancy or a part of It. & I also have 2 friends. One of them bled for like 6 months & the other for the whole pregnancy I think? & I'm not making this up. They are living proof. & one of them is In labor right now! :D Hehe no joke :] http://www.babycenter.com/404_can-you-be-pregnant-and-still-get-your-period_7102.bc?pageSize=10&startIndex=0&questionId=7102Oops forgot to mention I have a super hard belly! No joke.
- A: Well, as far as bleeding in pregnancy goes, it is possible to bleed during pregnancy for MANY different issues. I am 12 weeks and I have been spotting on and off because of a small hematoma. If you are bleeding and use tampons during pregnancy, the tampons will probably make you bleed a little more. Sex during pregnancy can make you bleed. I hear some people will have small "periods", alhtough not true menstrual periods, during the first few months of pregnancy. Either way, bleeding is usually only common in the first triemester. As far as you being pregnant, I think you would be 100% positive by now, there would be no second guessing. The mind can play tricks on you and since you are a teen, hormones can do crazy things.
