- Q: I just started taking "Lean Balance" today, which has Panax in it, I have been drinking Diet Pepsi Max, which also has Panax in it, and I took a stacker 2 today, although I'm not sure what type it has, I know it has some type of Ginseng in it. I know, I know, I shouldn't have taken all of it together. I am taking the Lean Balance for weight loss, I was drinking the Pepsi with ginseng because i accidently picked it up at the store, instead of regular diet pepsi, and I took the stacker because I was very very tired. Anyhow, now I have had a terrible headache. I don't suffer from high blood pressure, but I am concerned about the headache. Is it possible to get to much into your system, and if so, what could happen? Should I not go to sleep? I'm afraid of having an anurisum or something....help please!God Bless!!

If you take the lean balance everyday I would suggest drinking water until you can get back to the store to get another type of soda.
