- A: Sounds more like spotting that can occur when ovulation has taken place. Usually around 2 weeks after the first day of your last period. You didn't say how old you are, but that irregularity is also a sign of perimenopause and that can start as early as mid 30's for some women.When women get wet it does not usually have a color to it.I'd go see a GYN and get it checked out.
