What are good ways to get rid of menstrual cramps?
Q: Just wondering ways to get rid of cramps that are really good.
A: Ibuprofen. NOT aspirin or paracetamol or acetaminophen, but IBUPROFEN. It doesn't have to be brand name, though the placebo affect can help if you feel like buying brand name (Midol IF THATS IBUPROFEN, etc.) Eat some GOOD QUALITY, dark if possible, chocolate. So no Hershey sh!t, real chocolate will improve your mood and stimulate blood flow. Chocolate ice cream works too. :)Put a heating pad on your lower back/front/wherever the pain is; get a massage on your lower back. The heat relaxes muscles and well, a massage is heaven.Drink A LOT of water, seriously, it helps. Eat a banana, it helps too, it's been proven I kid you not. Just eat a banana. I swear. It's like, insta relief. It does something to your muscles to relax them and shiz, it's ridiculously effective. I can't stress this enough because I can't express properly how awesome a banana is for muscle pains. :)Sleep. Sit up straight, don't slouch or curl up. Lie down with your arms straight out above your head in a big long line, and breathe deeply.Good luck!
