Q: I have had dizziness, weight gain, weakness in my arms especially, a feeling of an electric pulse in my face, and jumps in my vision. I’m currently on lamictal and levoxyl and have taken cymbalta for a brief time about 2 months ago. I have been diagnosed with bipolar and hypothyriod. However, these symptoms are not getting better and affect my day to day life. Often I can’t work because of the dizziness and electric pulses. Any help is much appreciated!
