- A: I doubt you should be worried. My cycle has changed in some similar ways over the years as well. The fact that they are not predictable is actually VERY common and usually not something to worry about. My cramps also used to be more a constant ache and are in recent years more of quick stabbing pains. If it really bothers you though, see your OB/GYN and they may decide it's a good idea to put you on birth control pills to regulate your cycles. Although there are some side effects with those too, so weigh your options.

- A: You do not mention your actual age. Anyways I think it is normal. Your body got used to being on the pill. But if you are really worried you should go to your gynecologist and tell him what you just tell us. For the most important part I do not think you will be incapable of getting pregnant.

- A: bleeding in between periods is normal on most birth controls - i did it for a long time while i was on the depo shot, but not so much with Ortho-lo or Yasmin. You're fine, just wear a panny liner if you're uncomfortable (but don't wear one all the time, it can cause a yeast infection)
