Am I the ONLY person who gets WORSE cramps from masturbating?
Q: I've read tons of articles about how having an orgasm can relieve menstrual cramps, but if I ever try while experiencing cramps, it simply makes it worse. Even if I masturbate during the days that I do not have my period, I get cramps. The more I do it in between periods, the worse my cramps are. Obviously I shouldn't do this if it only hurts me, but still. Am I the only one who this happens to?
A: well its never happened to me.. but why are you doing it during your period? isn't it gross?? i don't think that it is supposed to relieve cramps, but stretching/exercising/eating right help during your period.. dont you just LOVE your period?? :) (sarcastic-ness)
I drank alcohol and took acetaminophen + aspirin the next morning, how do i lessen chances of liver damage?
Q: I don't drink on a regular basis - only about once or twice a month. Yesterday, i got invited to a party and I drank alcohol but I made sure not to get drunk. I slept for about 6 hours and 2 hours later, took a tablet containing acetaminophen (200g) + aspirin (200g) + caffeine to relieve menstrual cramps. Later, I realized that this tablet was not intended for use when you've taken alcohol because of increased chances of GIT bleeding and liver damage. Is there anything I can do or take to atleast lessen the damage it may cause to my liver?By the way, I don't take the above tablet everyday. I've only drank it twice in my life. Once was 3 days ago for a headache and one this morning for the abovementioned reason (menstrual cramps)
A: You'll be fine, just make sure not to take acetaminophen with alcohol again, the negative affects result from prolonged usage, not one isolated event (unless you are taking a ridiculous amount of acetaminophen).
how to cure menstrual cramp without pills?
Q: i looked all around my house but no one has anything to relieve the pain. is there any Natural way to make the pain go away?does tea help?
A: There are several ways to alleviate pain associated with menstrual cramps.Exercise. Walking or other light exercise helps ease menstrual cramps because when you exercise, the brain releases endorphins. Endorphins are "feel good" chemicals that make discomfort more tolerable. You can also try easy yoga stretches. Be advised, though, that inverted poses in yoga are not recommended for a woman during her menstruation.Stay hydrated. Dehydration causes muscle cramping, and if you're already cramping, you don't need to add more into the mix.Yes, Drink herbal teas. Teas made with chamomile, ginger, or spearmint can help with menstrual cramps. The hot water in the tea is also soothing and relaxing.Apply heat. Use a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower abdomen. Heat helps relax muscles, and ease menstrual cramps. If you'll be away from home, apply a warming patch such as the Well Patch, to keep your lower abdomen warm.Orgasm helps ease menstrual cramps by causing the uterine muscles to spasm rapidly, then relax for a prolonged period of time. Masturbation helps a lot in lots of ways during menstrual cycle.Hope that i answer your Question
