- Q: Im almost 38 weeks pregnant now and im wondering how long it will take for my stretch marks to go away. - A: After my first baby it took about 6 months for them to fade but you can still see them they dont go away, after i have this little one im getting my tubes tied and i talked to my boyfriend about getting laser surgery to help them but that also does not make them go away all the way it just makes them smaller and its about 2000 dollars i already seen a dr about it. I would just make sure before you do anything that you dont want anymore kids becuase then you just spent alot of money on nothing and i still wear a bikini, i dont care what others think, if i do something its for my self.
